Working with a Forward Fitness trainer removes all the guesswork from your program. All you need to do is show up for your appointment with your workout gear, and your Forward Fitness trainer will coach you through a time-efficient workout that will produce maximum results. Your trainer will continue to adapt your program as you improve, and continuously consult with you regarding your likes, dislikes, and level of satisfaction regarding your training sessions.
You may prefer to train with a partner (spouse, friend, co-worker, etc). Partner personal training is very popular because, besides being less expensive per person than one-on-one personal training, exericsing with a partner is fun and may provide you with a source of additional motivation.
Partner programs meet the objectives of both you and your partner, specifically addressing each individual's unique needs and goals. Like one-on-one personal training, your trainer will continue to adapt the program as you and your partner improve, and continuously consult with you both regarding your likes, dislikes, and level of satisfaction regarding your training sessions.
One of the benefits of training with Forward Fitness is that we offer one convenient low rate for personal training regardless of whether you train with us once, twice, or three times per week. Most personal trainers in Vancouver have complicated rates structures that force clients to pay a premium for personal training unless they train several times per week and pre-purchase a large package of sessions up front. With Forward Fitness, you can pay the same low rate regardless of how often you train with us.
